Mission 2: The Teacher’s Pause Button Topic: Emotional Regulation & Modelling The Task: Practise Pause & Reflect when you feel tension during digital lessons. What to do: When you notice stress (tech failure, off-task students, overload): • Stop for 10 seconds • Take one deep breath • Ask: “What response will help my students right now?” • The Reflection: Write one moment when you paused instead of reacting quickly.
